Federally Qualified Health Center, they serve patients from all walks of life. We began with the Brilliancy stakeholder engagement process for staff, patients, board, community partners, and donors. Just as we were concluding this key listening, the pandemic hit here in the U.S. Suddenly, the conversations we had been having about the importance of healthcare for all and everyone’s connection to public health became the most important conversations in our lives.
Stakeholder engagement with patients, staff, and the community allowed Brilliancy to create a bold, new brand look and messaging that will attract and engage new audiences while ensuring that it will resonate well with existing stakeholders.
The new brand rollout began in December of 2020 and will continue over several years!
